Delivery

Items ordered prior to 2.30pm will be despatched same day and items ordered after 2.30pm will be posted the following day. In most cases these items are delivered the day following postage. This is not special, this is our normal business practice and we see no need to offer a special next-day delivery option. We use the services of Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Business Post, DHL, Fedex and CityLink to fulfil orders as expediently as possible.
If your order is extremely urgent please email us to check stock prior to placing your order..

We normally only deliver to the UK. If you require international delivery please contact us first for a detailed quote.

All memory cards and memory sticks are FREE postage for the duration of our special offer. The shipping costs for larger items are displayed on the shopping cart.

Failed delivery

If the delivery service is unable to deliver your item, a notification card will be left and the item will then be returned to a local collection point for collection by card and identification. This will be held for a period of 7 days, if your delivery is not collected by this point your order will return to our depot marked "undelivered" - a redelivery charge will apply to returned items.
